FUCHSIA Since poison type pokemon have some definite steel weaknesses, Shiro is relying on his Aggron to carry the team here. Using steel and rock attacks, plus Aggron's high defense stats, this is what he'll be using most of the time. Marowak is next up, relying on rock and ground moves. His Incineroar will be backup, since the other pokemon on the team are bug type, and fire moves will help out in that respect. Last-ditch efforts go once again to Gengar.
SAFFRON Saffron gym is Gengar's time to shine. With both dark and ghost type attacks, Shiro leads with Gengar, also using its hypnosis to boost their chances of winning. If the ghost faints, or grows too tired, he'll trade out for a secret weapon - his Umbreon. Also a high level pokemon, its pure dark type and dark type moves also play into psychic weaknesses.
And, as always, if all else fails, brute force it with Aggron.
