While Chip had a good attempt at beating Witney, in the end, they just barely end up losing. Not that it wasn't a close match! Judging by Witney's composure, it was probably the most tight and exciting match she had all day-- no, all week. In the end, they were so closely matched, that it really came down to luck; an unexpected misser here, a much hoped for crit there, those are the things that end up deciding this match, but unfortunately for Chip, not in their favour. Though really, if only their pokemon had been able to hang on for one turn more. Witney's Miltank would surely have gone down instead...
