Character: Chip Abaroa | demonpuppy Badge/Gym Leader: Pryce for the Glacier Badge Elite/Regular: Elite Team:see 'battle' under the teams tab Battle Details: Round two: now with two braincells running! ...and a much better level matchup, considering only Precious is under 100 now.
Anyway!
This starts out mostly the same as before, with Lazzo going out against Abomasnow for an ez clap victory. The change in tactics only really starts to show when Dewgong comes out, and Chip has Espie open with a Thunder Wave leading into Electro Ball spam, finally seeming to have figured out that Big Number isn't the end all be all of attacks. With that combo most likely leaving Espie with a bit more health left than last time she's again pulled back out, with Michelin coming in for Glalie and Froslass. Confuse Ray and Fire Punch are the name of the game this time, with a Destiny Bond thrown in there if things start to look dicey. Any mop-up here is handled by Lazzo, who will also take the lead on Mamoswine. Ground moves make it too dicey to lead with any poisoning attempts, so the strategy here is to get as much fire damage in as possible before switching to Sponk. Confuse Ray comes out again, and Power Gem and Iron Tail are going to be the main damage dealers.
And this, of course, leads to Espie and Walrein. With a Thunder Wave and Electro Ball combo again, Espie will probably take out a decent chunk of health before going down, and Chip is banking on paralyze sticking around to let Precious get a Stone Edge or two in and hopefully finish it off. Should Rest come into play and wreck that, however, it's gonna be a lot of panic and hard-hitting attacks to try and take it out quickly. Thunder from Espie, more Stone Edge from Precious, and Superpower from Rocky should it come to that...either way, it'll be pretty close.
