And Clair? She has the regal attitude of a queen, with the cape to match. Jaskier also appreciates her... in his mind. Because Clair is scary as fuck, thank you very much. So he bows for her and does call her lady but there's no flirting. Thank Arceus for small mercies.
Her team, though, isn't as scary. Jaskier has quite a few levels over her and a great type advantage, so I hope you enjoyed his attempts at strategy the last few gyms, because he's now confident again to go back to his stomping-over-everything-without-much-care beginnings. Viola the Luxray will take care of Gyarados with his Electric-attacks that make damage x4, the (dragon immune) fairies will handle Kingdra, and the two Ice Beam users will hit Dragonite (also for x4 damage). Cotton the Altaria is a dragon and therefore weak to dragon as well, but she came just for clean-up and possible Perish Song, though Jaskier seriously doubts he'll need it.
