Fitz is going to start with Snippers 5.0 against pinsir since it's weak to rock moves and GUESS WHO HAS ROCK MOVES. And we're going straight into it with rock wrecker because Fitz isn't here to play. If it misses enough then he'll switch over to the tried and true rock blast and rock slide and using crustle's ability to avoid those crit hits.
Heracross will be dealt with by Snippers 3.0. She will be starting off with dizzy punch to hopefully get a confusion off and with iron fist as her ability all her punchy moves are increased in damage. Afterwards it's power-up punch time to get some stat boosts before just abusing the hell out of ice hammer for funsies.
Scizor is where Willow comes in. This is going to be a war of who can last the longest and with Willow's ability stamina, he's pretty sure she'll be the one to win out. Basically Willow is going straight for the throat via earthquakes because who doesn't love a horse that can destroy the ground? That's all she needs, thank you.

Snippers 3.0 is going to start off with noctowl and abusing dizzy punch to see if bird gets dizzy and then afterward just start spamming avalanche. This is, uh, also the move for poor honchkrow. These birds didn't stand a chance.
Snippers 5.0 gets the luxury of taking on pidgeot. Which is hilarious, given the poor bird cannot get crits on this rock crab and said rock crab has disgusting physical defense. Snippers 5.0 might be slower, but he'll be the one to rock wrecker the bird into absolute oblivion after a few disrespect mud-slaps.
