Character: Hubert von Vestra | pegasinister Badge/Gym Leader: Falkner Elite/Regular: Regular Team:He'll be bringing his Honchkrow, Corviknight, Kadabra, and Litwick Battle Details: Hubert will lead with his Honchkrow to counter any of Noctowl's Psychic moves and set up a Tailwind to try and get a speed advantage, then use Torment to try and force him to use those less useful Psychic and Flying type attacks before focusing on his own attacks like Night Shade. If things go badly he will swap to his Kadabra and try fishing for Charge Beam boosts.
He definitely sees the Honchkrow as the hurdle to get over even if Pidgeot is the higher level. Because of this once he gets over the Noctowl he will swap to his Corviknight and instantly go for a Taunt to make sure it can't use any of those sneaky tricks he knows his own Honchkrow can manage. Then will try to set up some Hone Claws in prep for a hopeful sweep of it and Pidgeot due to being resistant normal and flying. If this fails he hopefully still has his own Honchkrow in the back to finish things off.
If his Corviknight is still alive and managed some Hone Claws he will just push for damage. If it didn't manage any boosts it will once again attempt a Taunt to force out Normal and Flying attacks it can resist. Failing that he has his Litwick and Kadabra to cause chaos- trying to predict a normal type attack to swap Litwick into to get a burn with Will-o-Wisp to not only Burn but also drop it's attack, and then using Hex. He will also use Kadabra to try and Disable any strong attacks and use Recover to maintain while a hopeful Burn whittles it down and going for Charge Beams when it can
