Character: Minfilia Warde | [personal profile] prayreturn
Badge/Gym Leader: Whitney
Elite/Regular: Regular
Team: The list!
Battle Details: So! Now that Minfilia is back in Johto, she is ready to fight Whitney. She's made sure to rock up in a rather cute outfit, as well!

Like usual-- wait, Minfilia isn't leading with Pachirisu? No, she's starting with her Feraligatr. Who is focused on using Crunch on Girafarig, alongside Low Kick. Before this, though, she sets up an Agility. She doesn't plan on switching out said Feraligatr until she gets knocked out. When she gets low, it's time for Thrash!

And then she'll be doing the Nuzzle thing with Pachirisu. But instead of switching out, Pachirisu is gonna go for the Electro Ball! Also, Sweet Kiss. It's fun, isn't it? Parahax. She'll also be using her Meowstic for offensive reasons - after Fake Out and Reflect and Light Screen, she'll set up a few Calm Minds and/or Nasty Plot, before using Stored Power. Minfilia is trying out new abilities and attacks!

Minfilia is a little confused at the next Pokemon - so, Clefable isn't a Normal-type? If her previous plan with her other Pokemon doesn't work, well. She's ready with an attack Minfilia is curious about. You see, Flygon learns Laser Focus when it evolves. And in-game, at least, critical hits ignore negative stat changes. So... even though Flygon is a dragon, Minfilia will be getting him to use a combination of Laser Focus and Superpower. (If Flygon faints, she will be using her Audino and Power-up Punch to boost, before using Thunder Punch. With a bit of Simple Beam to disable Clefables' ability!)

For Miltank, however, Minfilia has a plan. And that plan begins with her changing Pokemon, to her Stantler from Hisui. [Who is likely still startled by modern things. Still intimidating, though!] But there's two things that are important about this Stantler. One - it has been taught Attract. Two...

It has Imprison. Which blocks both Attract and Stomp, two of the big threats from Miltank. Alongside being able to use Attract on Miltank itself. So, as she's stuck checking out this ancient beauty, Urianger the Stantler is going to use Confuse Ray and Psyshield Bash. If Miltank begins a rollout after he's buffed up?

Me First. That's right, Minfilia is going to use the attack to copy Miltanks' Rollout.

Audino is also here to clean up Miltank if Stantler goes down.
