🪨 rhyhorn (L:30): falco hopes to make up for his slightly underleveled pokemon and inexperience with type advantage and type effective moves. he'll be using prinplup (L:26) and plans this pool, which will probably give him a good upper hand with rhyhorn's type duality being very, very bad @ water types:
scald (30% burn chance | 80 power | X 4 super effectiveness) metal claw (10% chance of raising user attack stat | 50 power | 95% accuracy | X 2 super effectiveness) bubblebeam (33.2% chance of lowering target speed | 60 power | X 4 super effectiveness) growl (lowers target attack)
🪨 golem (L: 32): i'm hoping that due to type and move effectiveness against rhyhorn, prinplup will be able to take on golem at least for a little bit (keeping the moves above in mind but also that prinplup probably took good damage herself, is lower leveled and golem is fully evolved). dent size aside, second in line is another type-effective semi-tank: appletun (L: 28) with the following moves:
leech seed (1/16 of target HP will be drained and restored user | X 4 super effectiveness) bullet seed (25 power | can hit anywhere between 1-5 times a turn | X 4 super effectiveness) apple acid (80 power | lowers target spdef | X 4 super effectiveness) recover (restores up to 50% user HP)
🪨 onix (L: 35): i have high hopes for appletun to take down golem and be pretty annoying with the mix of leech seed, recover & apple acid especially , and i also believe he could make it to onix in time to stick 'em with a leech seed. appletun still holds x4 effectiveness with his moves, so if he could last some more with the help of recover and leech seed, awesome. if, in the eventuality that he's taken out, we have mimikyu (L: 32) with the following moves:
wood hammer (120 power | X 4 super effectiveness) play rough (90 power | 90% accuracy) hone claws (raises user attack and accuracy) astonish (30 power | 30% chance of target flinching)
mimikyu is going to be highly reliant on woodhammer to take onix out as soon as possible, and will hopefully be blessed with appletun's previous leech seed! fingers crossed!
