Character: Harry Potter | phoenixwiz Badge/Gym Leader: Zephyr Badge/Falkner Elite/Regular: Regular Team:Sirius | Roger | Godric | Zinnia | Horace Battle Details: Now Harry has been meaning to do this much sooner than he is in right now, but with Baby Mon to look after and friends vanishing, he had to put it on hold for over a year. But he is not going to be hold back any longer so he is ready to do his first Gym Battle with all he has got.
Noctowl - From what Harry has looked into, he sees that Falkner’s Noctowl has a lot of Psychic moves, so why not bring out a Pokémon who can resist them? Enter Sirius the Houndoom. He will use Thunder Fang to give Noctowl some serious shock status (plus Flying types can’t handle Electric moves) before attacking with Feint Attack or Beat Up. He can use Ember and Inferno as other status inflicting moves. Sirius also has Iron Tail to hit Noctowl hard since all Flying types (except for Corviknight) just can’t handle Steel moves too. If ever he gets weakened, then Godric will show up to knock out it out with a mix of Rock Slide, Wild Charge, and Fire Fang.
Honchcrow - He will send out Roger the Pikachu next to take on Honchcrow. Roger is in a great position as he has a type advantage (Electric) against Honchcrow. Also he does not have the Psychic secondary type like Molly the Alolan Raichu so this Pikachu is going to be fine. Roger will attempt to give Honchrow a bit of shock first with Nuzzle followed up with Double Team to confuse it before attacking with Thunderbolt, Thunder Shock and Electro Ball to the beak. Thunder and Iron Tail are there for backup up. Nasty Plot will be used to raise his Special Attack twice so he can hit hard.
Pidgeot - It is time to bring out the living ditsy nightmare himself: Godric the Hisiuan Arcanine. He will be using Rock Slide, Rock Throw, Wild Charge, and Fire Fang as his main moves, to inflict many damages with, while Flamethrower, Crunch, and Raging Fury will be the backup moves. The Hisiuan Arcanine can also inflict burn effects onto Pidgeot with Flare Blitz if Harry wants to go for the risk route. If poor Godric is in need of help, he will then bring out Roger again to Nuzzle up Pidgeot before sending in Thunder Shock or Thunderbolt.
Extra: Should ever any or all of the above mentioned are in danger of fainting or to make the battle much easier on Harry, then Zinnia the Pyroar will be the first to come out and play. It would be a great shame if his lone feline Pokémon can’t play with these birds in here. She will unleash Fire Fang and Flamethrower as her first moves before she pulls out Ember for some serious burn effect. In addition she can use Leer to bring down any of Falkner’s Pokémon’s defense down and she could always attack with Endeavor to lower their HP to her level if needed.
Want a tanky Mon? Then Horace the Klawf is here to provide the tanking. Being a Rock type means that he can resist Flying moves to a degree, which would allow this rock crab to move and react fast. And he has some Steel moves on hand for type defense. His main strategy? Throw tons of rocks! Horace’s first move will be sending Rock Throws and Rock Blasts at any bird followed closely by a few Metal Claw strikes to knock them out. If he gets into a tough spot, he can raise his Defense with Harden and uses Protect to defend himself from any attacks.
