Battle Details: Walter will lead up with his ghost Pokemon, Doll the Banette. While her Ghost type attacks won't be effective, she has a type immunity in return and her Dark type attacks (Knock Off and Sucker Punch) will be super effective on Girafarig. Walter will be making use of her Will o Wisp and, should it seem likely she's not going to be able to keep fighting, Walter will have her use Curse in an effort to drain the foe's health, even if Doll won't survive using it. If for some reason Doll faints before the Girafarig, he'll switch in Joseph to finish it off with his speed and dark type attacks.
Against the Clefable, Walter intends to use nothing but brute strength to KO it as he doesn't have any Pokemon with a type advantage. Chaos the Luxray will take the baton here. Using Swagger to confuse it, Charge to raise Chaos' defenses (and boost her electrical attacks) and Thunder Fang and Discharge to try and knock her down. Should Chaos faint, Assumption the Cubone will come out with a Retaliate to try and put it down.
Against the Miltank, Walter will attempt to use brute force again. If Chaos is still up, he'll have her continue to attack until she faints, hoping to inflict paralysis and flinching through her attacks. After her, he will send in Assumption with a strong Retaliate and his other attacks.
And half his Pokemon are monstrously over-leveled while the others are actually the right sort of level for this. That might help.
