INB4 failure~

Character: Ashley Fox | [personal profile] rambling_runner
Badge/Gym Leader: Zephyr Badge / Falkner
Elite/Regular: Regular
Team: He only has six mons so that's his team! (being updated, they have the correct levels but both Danny and Hitchcock have evolved)
Battle Details: Ash is eager and ready to go! He's got some potions and has no idea that he's out-leveled...welp.

First up will be his buddy, Danny! Thanks to evolving into a Lucario he isn't weak to Flying...but Ash doesn't know type match-ups. He'll try using Force Palm, before realising his mistake and trying to use Swords Dance, followed by his Quick Attack and other normal moves. He'll also trying using a Potion to heal him when he gets knocked down low.

After Danny comes his second strongest Pokemon; Cú, his Rockruff. He'll start off with a Howl this time before using Rock Throw - and upon realising how well this works, will attempt to keep using it. Cú is the other Pokemon Ash will opt to heal in this battle.

If/when Cú faints, Ash will follow up with Mufusa, again using Work Up to try and boost her attack (and her defense) before using Headbutt and Ember to try and defeat the Birds. After Mufusa comes Carmilla and Hitchcock; depending on how the battle has progressed, he'll either be still amped or becoming nervous. With Carmilla he'll have her Screech before attacking, while he'll use Double Team on Hitchcock before he attacks to try and give him a chance to dodge incoming attacks.

If it comes down to Étain, he'll have lost his confidence and be reluctant to send a butterfly out against a bunch of birds, especially when his other Pokemon have already fainted. If Falkner has a Pokemon in the back then he'll forfeit the match, rather than endanger her in a fruitless battle. But if he's down to the last of the Leader's Pokemon, he'll still try and fight! He'll have her use Poison Powder to try and whittle down the last Pokemon, alternating between Protect and Harden so she can withstand what attacks are used.
