Up first is Musa with a simple plan, try and pull Poliwrath out instead of Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan with Whirlwind. She'll keep going until it works. Once that has been accomplished, Ivy in turn will switch to Gossy, who will lay down a Leech Seed and begin setting up. Poliwrath really isn't much of a threat but if Hitmonchan has Fire Punch and Hitmonlee has Blaze Kick that could be bad.
Gossy's next moves are as follows; Sunny Day, then Growth, which boosted by the harsh sunlight will up her by 2 instead of 1, Cotton Guard to pull her defense up by 3 stages, Tailwind to double speed ensuring she'll be moving first, then a Synthesis which will bring her health back up nice and high in the sunlight despite whatever moves Poliwrath has been trying to land. Finally, Gossy will use a STAB super effective Giga Drain to knock Poliwrath out while healing the rest of her HP.
The sunlight will fade after this, which is good as we don't need those Fire moves getting a boost. Now the plan is back to being simple, throw down a Leech Seed and Moonblast everything in her path! Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan, it doesn't matter. They may both have high Sp. Def but a 2+ to her Sp. Atk and a STAB boost mean she'll be dealing some heavy super effective damage. Plus it's always nice having Leech Seed chipping at their health while bringing back just a little of yours.
Ivy is pretty confident in her plan. Nymph is purely here for backup, with a Moonblast for the Himon's and Petal Dance for Poliwrath if some clean up is required. Musa also has Air Slash and Leaf Storm if she's brought back out.
