Weather Report is primarily there to lower stats to hell and back with growl, sand attack, baby-doll eyes, tail whip, and charm. He's also there for retaliate if, somehow, Misty manages to take the other two pokemon down. Will also have liberal use of sucker punch before fucking back off to Jolyne.
Stone Free is going to be the main hitter of the party what with being grass/bug via liberal use of razor leaf and bug buzz but will also be liberally using sticky web and string shot to slow them way the hell down. And an assholish protect every so often.
Dickhead is there to round out the team with assurance and bite, primarily, against the damn starmie. And also being true to his name and abusing fake out. He does have technician which would help some of the weaker moves.
