CURRENT RANK: Steven is a Private, Spinel is a Grunt.
REQUESTED REWARD: Spinel wants her first shiny. Steven wants the admins to know that he's happy mentoring grunts, but wouldn't mind TMs, battle items, or cash money.
JUSTIFY THE REWARD: So there's a dog show in Goldenrod! And said dog show features shiny dog Pokemon that breedings have bred.
Spinel's found out that shinies are incredibly rare, kind of wants one for herself, but also what a great thing to turn into the Rocket leaders, right? So she meets up with Steven, asks for his help to guide her through her first heist.
First thing they do is Spinel's Zoroark and Steven's Zorua disguise themselves as Steven and Spinel, and take their place in the audience. Meanwhile, Steven and Spinel disguise themselves as perfectly normal dog show audience members to avoid detection. They corner the judge, knock him out and tie him up in a closet somewhere and the two of them with Steven's makeup abilities and stolen clothing, makes Spinel look like the judge.
So the judging begins, Spinel takes her role very seriously while scoping out the shiny Pokemon she's going to grab. She asks each contestant to put their shiny dog back in their Pokeball after each judging.
Towards the end, she signals to Steven to use his Gengar's Night Shade as a distraction, and then use his Rotom to mess with the security camera footage. Steven will then gas the whole room. Steven switches places with Zoroak-Steven, and Spinel and her Zoroak collect the Pokeballs with shiny Pokemon inside. They don't take any money or any other Pokemon, just the shiny ones. She and Zoroark book it, while Steven and Zorua-Spinel stay behind to act as victims in this horrible Team Rocket crime.
