Out of the eggs' contents, the Admins give them a choice: two of the eggs contained non-shiny Eevee with regular Abilities and one (1) egg move each. One of the eggs contained a shiny Eevee with no egg moves and a regular Ability.
They're keeping the rest, of course, but Steven, Scorpia, and Steve can divide these Eevee up amongst themselves... or opt out of an Eevee at all and take a cash reward instead.
As an afterthought, they do also want to know why Dirk's Pokemon keep participating in heists in Dirk's absence. What's up with that.
