Doppio, meanwhile, gets a level 20 Seadra. The good news is that the Seadra knows an egg move. The bad news is that the egg move is Splash At... at least it's thematic....? Besides, Seacdra do evolve into Kingdra with the right item, and those are pretty powerful! So he got his wish. Kind of.
