Hello anon. Shiro is actually retiring from the game, pending approval/processing. As such, he was removed from the AC sweep list. If Shiro's player was staying in the game, they would be doing the check-in summary just like everyone else.

We understand your intent is not to be a jerk, and we would like to encourage you to continue to come to mods if you have concerns or think we missed something.

That said, as a general rule, we would also like to politely discourage jumping to the conclusion that someone is receiving special mod treatment/privileges. In this case, all of the involved information is public, but there are also situations where players speak with us privately about unexpected circumstances that prevent them from making AC on time. While VR's lenient activity policy means that this happens very rarely, in such cases we would not be sharing private information with an unrelated party asking why a character wasn't being swept.
