Some questions. The one is just confirmation because I think I've read it somewhere in the FAQ but I can't remember where and can't refind it now that I'm looking: all psychic-types can communicate with their trainers via telepathy and be understood, correct? (Or is the telepathy like their vocal speech and just variations on the name)
Question 2: Okay, the movelists on Bulbapedia sometimes list 2nd/3rd/stone evolutions with Level 1 "learned by level up" moves when the previous evolution(s) don't learn the move in any way. If a character evolves their Pokemon does it then learn the move(s) after leveling up one level, or is it just a weird glitchy thing that you'd only find in wild Pokemon that are already the 2nd/3rd/stone evolution?
As an example, while most of the moves on there are learned by Honedge or Doublade at some level, King's Shield and Head Smash aren't. The gen VIII list does say that King's Shield is specifically an Evo. move, but doesn't say Head Smash is. I am now confused.
