Just thinking ahead, because Thace is going to make an Aurora League gym! And he likes Ford's (and Armin's) practice of having teams at different levels for different challengers' experience. Of course, he's been training all his Pokemon up as far as they want to go, because what is foresight for actually implementing differently leveled teams?

Anyway! Good to know he'll have options for when he defeats the Elite 4 eventually and gets to open a gym! (I will probably ask more detailed questions about how exactly it works later, but just knowing options exist is cool for now.)
