Unfortunately, the police in Victory Road is reserved pretty much exclusively for Jennies! That's not to say they cannot reach out to the police and form a task force or become a guard somewhere, or participate in investigations, or tip them towards crimes, and so on. They absolutely can!

But because off-worlders have a tendency to up and vanish, having them in the proper ranks of the Jennies tends to wreck havoc on their scheduling department! Also, it takes several years of training, and you can't just skip that, even if you SWEAR you have LOADS of experience from your world.

Besides... how many off-worlders are named Jenny? Are you named Jenny? That part is important, you know!
