Hello! Apologies if this is listed somewhere and I missed it, but for Hisuian forms (particularly looking at Decidueye here), it looks like there are two different levels listed -- learn level and Mastery level. Has it been established how this plays in VR -- ie: the pokemon just straight up doesn't learn it until Mastery level, or they learn it but it's a bit like hyper beam until mastery level, where using it means they have to recover?

(It doesn't help that I haven't played Arceus yet so please forgive me if I sound silly)
