Breeding question
Hello mods! I wasn't sure if I should comment directly on the Breeding 101 page so here I am!
As far as Ditto breeding goes, are the offspring capable of learning any TMs/HMs that the non-ditto parent knows?
Example: Newt's Drampa and Ditto have babies and the Drampa knows Surf. Do the babies inherit that?
