After some discussion, we decided that the move "Secret Power" WILL WORK in the field, but will do so a little differently in the setting of Victory Road than it does in the games!
Rather than creating a base, "Secret Power" instead will allow any Pokemon using it to lead their trainer to the Perfect Fort Location (tm)-- one that would not be possible to find without the Pokemon's help!
Building a fort and putting furniture and accessories in it would then be up to the trainer, but no matter what, the location will be cool and super secret.
