Hi! I was wondering if there was any restriction on the type of tech that player characters might create? I wanted Egon to create some sort of PKE meter to detect Ghost-type or Psychic-type Pokémon, and I just wanted to check if that'll be alright, as it would effectively do the same thing as a PokéDex but type-specific.
