Whether it's by confessing an embarrassing truth, going on the network and telling an utter lie, or even just hopping through the street singing a ridiculous song, expect your characters to fall victim to these ghostly pranksters. Or, putting it more plainly, they are having one heck of a Halloween bash - rumour has it that even the Burned Tower and the Gym will be transformed with decorations! As the heroes who saved the city just a year ago, the otherworlders are not just invited, but practically the guests of honour! So don a costume and come join us!
