NOVEMBER 2022

Event Info
November - Contest deadline
If you are planning to get an entry in for the Contest Spooktacular, please make sure you get it in before Friday, November 4th at 11:59 PM EST.

November 18th - Swarm
Temperatures have been dropping steadily, and snow has already been present in the Northern parts of the region, but on November the 18th marks the first proper snow storm of the season, blanketing all of Kanto and Johto with snow. Castform (ice) can be seen drifting everywhere, creating additional flurries of snow wherever they go. And on the ground, herds of Galarian Darumaka can be seen cavorting around, chucking snowballs both at each other and at you! If you are going outside, expect to become a target. And what's this? It seems that some of those snowballs have Ice Stones inside. Hopefully they won't hit you in the head!

November 25-27th - Fourth Wall
That's right! It's that time of year again where everything goes a little crazy! Invite your friends, invite your enemies, invite everybody! An post with more info will be going up partway through the month, so you can plot some things in advance!

Weather Info
November 1st - 6th
The first week of November starts wet and windy. Expect plenty of fall showers, and unfortunately, those heavy winds will make it very difficult to keep your umbrella functioning as it should. Perhaps this is a week best spend inside? In the Northern, coldest parts of the region the rain will slowly start turning into snow as the week progresses.

November 7th - 13th
After a week of rain and wind, there is a tentative sun peeking out from behind the clouds this week. Temperatures are still low, and expect frosty nights, but at least it's better than being rained on? On Island three in the Sevii Islands, the Crabrawler migration has passed its peak and their numbers are slowly diminishing. But expect to be able to spot them for the rest of the month still!

November 14th - 20th
The steadily dropping temperatures result in a big snowstorm on the 18th, which covers all of Kanto and Johto in snow. Expect snowy conditions to continue from here on out. In the National Park, Snom are starting to appear again, and can be caught during contests. Similarly, down at the Lake of Rage, (un?)fortunate fishers start catching the occasional Eiscue again.

November 21st - 30th
With the end of the year fast approaching, and the drop in temperatures, Deerling and Sawsbuck alike are starting to shed their autumn colours for their winter whites once more. Over in Ecruteak city, the harvest has been completed, and the Pumpkaboo and Gourgeist have cleared out once more. Ponds and streams are slowly starting to ice over, so if you are especially daring, why not tie under some ice skates and test out your skills? Over in Goldenrod City, meanwhile, preparations are underway for the upcoming Christmas Market!
