FEBRUARY 2025

Event Info
February 7th-14th - Pokerus: Redux

Just when the Great Snorunt Outbreak of 2025 was behind us, it turns out that human handling has caused the virus to jump from Pokemon to human for the first time in recorded history. It seems it cannot pass from human to human, but in addition to case of the sniffles, humans will mysteriously be able to perform one attack known by the Pokemon they contracted Pokerus from for the duration of the infection. You’ll be feeling right normal in a week, but in the meantime, try not to burn down the Pokemart.

February 14th-16th - Swarm: Love in the Air

Luvdisc are well known for naturally being drawn to love, but… like this?? Is it the storm? The holiday? Meteorologists are baffled, but it’s undeniable: it’s raining Luvdisc. While rangers and fastidious trainers are making efforts to scoop them out of the cold, you’re still likely to find them flopping around in the snow like a deeply inconvenienced and frazzled pink pancake.

February 21st-23rd - Swinub Scurry

For the last week of February, snowbound Blackthorn City will transform into a celebration the season and the Pokemon who thrive in it. The weekend culminates in an open-entry race in which Pokemon and trainers compete dogsled-style. More info to come!

Weather Info
February 1st - February 7th

February kicks off with some unseasonable warmth. Kanto and Johto have a few days to shake off January’s last hurrah of snow with milder winter weather and blue skies.

February 8th - February 11th

Wavering Winter comes with the unfortunate risk of… ice storms. This week, expect snow that throws your back out to shovel, icicles to make Regice jealous, and spotty power.

February 12th - February 18th

After the deluge of snow and slush last week, we get an easy break of chilly temperatures and partial cloud cover.

February 19th - February 28th

Scattered snow showers cap off the last week of Feburary, painting a picturesque Winter canvas that is much less of a headache than whatever was going on earlier this month.
