They barely have to confer amongst themselves before they reveal to her that the new year brings with it some new practises for the labyrinthine bureaucracy of crime, and amongst those changes is a Grunt/Private of the Month programme, featuring a wall with photographs of each month's Grunt or Private of the Month, as well as a prize: a coffee mug filled with candy! The mug reads: "You ROCK-et!"
