After they failed to get Malva into the Elite Four, the Rocket Admins are just eager to see anything that does succeed. Maybe this isn't the flashy, explosions and destroyed gyms sort of thing, but it brings a steady flow of cash into Team Rocket, and all they have to do is take it from a couple of dorks. It's like taking Hidden Candy from a Baby Pokemon!

Doppio will indeed be receiving his promotion to Beta. He'll also be receiving a few books to go along with it: 'Embezzling and you!' 'Making the Pyramid (scheme) work for you!' and 'Accounting and other creative exercises!' all written by some guy Cal A. Pone. Just in case Doppio needs some extra know-how on how to embezzle more and better.
