Rocket Missions V.2

Welcome, valued Team Rocket member! Pursuing a career in the greatest organization of all time, eh? Well, you're in the right place!
This is the hub where you will find information on all team Missions. As stated in the Code of Conduct, all Rocket agents must be available to accept at least one mission at all times. They won't all be glamorous or exciting, but even mopping floors in one of the bases can lead to greater things! Team Rocket offers work in a variety of fields, with the primary openings being in four specific categories: maintenance, field work, science, and of course, the goal of most aspiring agents, leadership.
Maintenance: Brand new agents will likely be handed these jobs before anything else, as they're the easiest and least likely to result in police attention if you screw them up! They can include things like janitorial and laundry work in the bases, or serving fellow agents in the cafeteria. Field Work: The most common missions take place in the field! Theft (whether it's as small as shoplifting some Potions or as big as participating in a full-scale heist) falls into this category, as does the simplest available mission, Pokemon acquisition. Anything you do to benefit the team outside of official Rocket premises can be considered field work! Science: Science mission work mostly takes place out of the public eye, in official Rocket laboratories. The perfect field for more technically-minded agents, these jobs can include anything from pioneering new technology to experimentation on Pokemon themselves. Or it can be as dull as data entry. Grab a lab coat and see what you get! Leadership: Getting sick of sharing those dorms? How does a private helicopter sound? Agents with lofty aspirations and a good work ethic may advance through the ranks and claim authority for themselves, earning swanky privileges, and more underlings to boss around than you can shake a stick at. This isn't to say that higher status doesn't come with its own responsibilities-- "Privates" and "Betas" are still expected to accomplish other missions (though usually not the maintenance ones-- that's grunt work), and even "Alphas" will usually work in the field. 'Leadership' jobs can even include tasks that just happen to require both specialized skills and a certain amount of trustworthiness to the Team. The main difference is tackling missions from an organizational, independent-thinking standpoint rather than just following orders-- YOU'RE the boss now!! Go put the fear of Arceus in some new recruits!

Rocket Missions
COLOR KEY: EASY -> REGULAR -> HARD
Notes: Missions marked FULL TIME, such as lab work, replace the Pokemon-per-week theft requirement.

"Hard" missions will only be given upon demand, as they may come with specific instructions and usually require at least a "Beta" rank. On the other hand, "Regular" and "Easy" missions can be picked up anytime by any team members that meet the requirements, if there are any.
Individual, personalized missions (player-determined) can also be requested at any time, and may vary beyond just the 'official' locations above-- the listed missions are guidelines, not restrictions! Get creative-- you may find yourself rewarded handsomely!

Let no one say that working for Team Rocket is thankless-- those who prove themselves worthy may request all manner of exciting rewards!
Maybe they've been distinguishing themselves by taking charge and deserve to move upward in the ranks, or maybe they pulled off a heist so impressive that Auntie Apricorn wants to give them a rare item from the Rocket vault! The greater the achievements, the better the loot!
Team Rocket has access to many resources and can even, depending on the request, offer rewards that aren't available via other means...

NOTE: The mods may deny a reward if it's unfeasible or if the character's accomplishments don't match the value of the reward (ie, spraypainting a totally sick burn on the side of the Cerulean City Police Department might get you some brownie points with the admins, but they're not gonna give you a shiny Pokemon for it.) If this happens, we will be happy to offer alternative rewards or suggestions of what it would take to earn the desired reward!

First of all, due to the recent uptick in Rocket activity, and the appearance of those Tricky Bandits (whether they are Team Rocket or not, they are clearly trouble) the mine took extra measures to not only up security but also increase the response time in the event of trouble. Though the Rockets stepping in to form a distraction are all very well trained, so is this particular security crew. With back-up hot on their heels.
So, what happens? Well, they certainly manage to get in there. And the Distraction crew manages to find the security squad and battle them (even stealing a pokemon or two in the process, go Lydia!) but Tyler's order to retreat comes too quickly for them to take down the whole squad. Meanwhile, the Collection squad does manage to make it to where the goods are being kept, however seeing as they are limited in time, they don't manage to fully rob the place. Oh certainly, plenty of stones manage to make it into sacks and pockets. It's not like they have nothing to show for! But there is also still plenty left inside when they make a break for it.
Getting to the safe house goes without any trouble. In fact, that next hitch doesn't present itself until the following morning. You see, it seems the local Jenny force has come out in force to examine the scene of the crime. And part of this investigation also involves checking the luggage of people leaving the city (especially via the warp pad) to see if any of the stolen loot can be recovered. This means the Rockets will have to make some choices -- either find a way to somehow hide a lot of evolutionary stones on themselves to a point where they cannot be found by a dedicated pair of Jennies; or leave most of the loot behind for pick-up at a later time; or carry the loot out there on foot by sneaking out of the city while bypassing the checkpoints at the regular city exits.
So, congratulations, a decent amount of evolutionary stones were delivered to the Rocket administration. It just could've been much more if it wasn't for their own recent crime success. The admins are still pretty pleased with the results, it's just not quite the overwhelming adoration they could've gotten if they had managed to smuggle out the whole stone reserves.
But, hey, decently pleased Rocket Admins still mean some rewards!
Firstly, for this heist, there will be no increases in rank for any of the participants. It's still a nice tick towards a future promotion though. And despite popular request, there will not be any shinies. They don't grow on trees, you know!
Secondly, the Rocket Admins have noted the number of new grunts that have been helping out on the heist. This actually pleases them, as this experience can only make them better at being worse in the future! However, they also are well aware that new grunts often have very limited teams which can limit them in their criminal ways. As such, as a reward for a bad job well done, the Admins have decided to reward the newer Rocket members with a handpicked new Pokemon partner each. Furthermore, all of these pokemon will know an HM move. Sure you still need the badge to use it outside of battle, but it's a start, right?
London will be receiving a Serperior with the move Strength.
Doppio will be receiving a Binacle with the move Surf.
Speedwagon will be receiving a Braviary with the move Fly.
Osomatsu will be receiving a Falinks with the move Poison Jab (not a HM move, but still very useful, the Admins feel!)
Diego will be receiving a Feraligatr with the move Surf.
And lastly, Jules will be receiving a Metang with the move Strength.
All these pokemon will be at level 37.
So, that takes care of them.
Both Steve P and Emet will receive their requested multi-use TMs. Steve P will be receiving the TM Ice Beam. Emet will receive the move Electric Terrain.
For Spinel, the Admins have a Silk Scarf. They still remember the Furfrou she got as a result of her last heist, and this held item should give her dog a great edge in battle.
For Carly, who submitted no specific requests, the Admins have a pair of Safety Goggles. A versatile held item, they hope her battle experience will allow her to use it to its full potential.
For Lydia, the only one fortunate enough to actually steal a pokemon off one of the guards, the Admins have decided that she will be allowed to keep said pokemon. In this case, the player is given the freedom to choose exactly which kind of pokemon she stole. Its level will be at 66.
For Steven, his request for a bonus will be granted, and he will find both a very substantial bonus in his account (the admins reward his willingness to take charge here) as well as a pay increase to his regular weekly stipend.
Due to their small roles in this heist, both Jack and Dirk will receive some acknowledgement for their role in guiding these young rockets and providing support, however, they will not receive a particular reward. Still, keeping the admins pleased and increasing their standing in their eyes is also somewhat of a boon, right?

How much of an increase to his weekly stipend? I want to record it in the Rocket section of his info page.
Also does Connie get anything special or just cash moneys? What about Tyler?

Carly will be receiving a Scope Lens from the Admins! A great item for taking her battling to the next level.
For his part in the heist, Tyler will receive a spoon that looks like it got run over by an Aggron. It's a Twisted Spoon, sure to boost the power of any psychic pokemon!
