We'd also like to add that our warning list is offered merely as a reminder to those that have not yet posted AC. It is not meant to act as something to hold against people. Our AC period is a period for a reason, and whether people post on the first day or on the last day makes no difference to us.
VR is a game with a relaxed atmosphere and an activity requirement that reflects that. This is a conscious choice we (and the player-base) made. We understand this isn't for everyone, but this is the game we want to create. All players are being held to the same standard, and unless there are pressing issues where you are somehow being prevented from making AC yourself, we have no intention of changing our activity policy or strike system.
Again, thank you for bringing this to us. If you have any other questions, please let us know.

If you know of players who struggle to meet AC requirements, we highly encourage them to take strikes or hiatuses, if necessary, instead of stressing themselves excessively about meeting AC. Again, we would like to emphasize that the strike system is intended to be used--otherwise, we would not have it in the first place.
Roleplaying is a collaborative hobby, not a game to "win" through more activity. In a game like Victory Road, where there is a higher emphasis on slice-of-life type content and other low-stakes events, we want to make sure people are having fun first and foremost, and this fun may vary between players. We understand that different people have different circumstances, and we're willing to give people the benefit of the doubt, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. This sentiment would extend to any player, in addition to the one that you mentioned.
We understand your potential frustration, and we want to reiterate that if you or any other players are struggling or stressed about making AC, it is completely fine to take a strike or two, and there is no long-term consequence of doing so multiple times over a given period.
If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.
